Who to contact
There are three routes for enquiries at The Pembridge. If you are unsure where something should go, contact the concierge and it will be directed to the right person.
Concierge · day to day
Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 · WhatsApp welcome
Deliveries, keys and fobs, access for contractors and works, reporting a fault, and anything else relating to day-to-day building matters. This is the first port of call, and if you are unsure where an enquiry belongs, start here.
Seeasa · facilities management
SafeContractor approved · fully insured
Repairs, planned and reactive maintenance, communal area cleaning, plant, compliance and health and safety.
For an urgent building issue that cannot wait for the concierge desk to reopen, call Seeasa directly. For fire, a medical emergency or a crime in progress, call 999 first.
Call SeeasaPortman Heritage · managing agent
Acting for the freeholder. Service charge queries and statements, budgets, leases and lease consents, alterations, subletting notifications and buildings insurance. These go direct to Portman Heritage rather than the concierge.

Faults are logged and passed to Seeasa, who carry out maintenance on site. The email opens pre-filled with the information we need to arrange the appropriate attendance without delay. Please attach photographs where relevant.

Finding the building
The Pembridge is the contemporary building on the corner of Notting Hill Gate and Pembridge Gardens. It is often mistaken for Radford House further along the road. Deliveries and contractors should be directed to 1A Pembridge Gardens, London W2 4EN.
Parking & access
There is no parking at the building, for residents, visitors or contractors. Anyone attending will need to arrange their own parking on the surrounding streets and check local restrictions before they travel.
